I’m an Esports Manager with a strong passion for competitive gaming, team development and the esports industry. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in building and managing competitive teams, player recruitment, roster management, staff coordination and organizational development. I enjoy working behind the scenes to create the structure and environment players need to perform at their best. My experience includes working with players and staff, evaluating talent, building rosters, managing team structures and developing long-term competitive plans. I’m particularly interested in Valorant and the competitive FPS ecosystem, but my interests extend across esports as a whole.
