1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TransferMKT (transfermkt.de, operated by Glombica Service — see our Legal Notice), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Each email address may only be used to register a single account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Create false accounts or impersonate others
  • Post false or misleading information about players or teams
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use the platform for fraudulent activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Player Transfers & Listings

TransferMKT serves as a marketplace for connecting players with teams. We do not guarantee the successful completion of any transfer or recruitment, and we are not a party to any transfer agreement.

  • All transfer agreements are between the player and the team
  • We are not responsible for payment disputes between users
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or misleading listings
  • Users must comply with all applicable esports organization and tournament rules
  • Performance statistics (rating, K/D, win rate, etc.) on player profiles are self-reported by users unless otherwise noted

5. Premium Subscription

We offer an optional paid Premium subscription with additional features (analytics, profile boost, saved searches, priority support). Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.

  • Premium renews automatically each billing period until you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining time
  • By subscribing, you expressly request that we begin providing Premium features immediately, and you acknowledge that this waives your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once the subscription has started (Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive / § 356(5) BGB)
  • We may change Premium pricing or included features going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for

6. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of TransferMKT are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or to restrict the visibility of your content to other users, at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate reason, in particular fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TransferMKT provides a platform that allows players, teams, organizations, and members of the Esports community to connect and exchange information.

TransferMKT is not involved in negotiations, agreements, contracts, or transactions between users. Any agreements made between players, teams, or organizations are solely between the respective parties.

TransferMKT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, including player profiles, team information, transfer updates, rumors, or other submitted content.

Users are responsible for verifying information before making decisions based on content found on the platform.

TransferMKT is not liable for:

  • unsuccessful negotiations or transfers
  • disputes between users
  • inaccurate information provided by users
  • damages resulting from interactions between users
  • contractual agreements made outside of TransferMKT

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates our rules, applicable laws, or the integrity of the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform. Liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
